I think its safe to say that Mortal Kombat 9 was a great game and proved it can be taken seriously once again as a fighting game. If you’ve been living under a rock and totally missed E3 2014 back in June, allow me to inform you that NetherRealm Studios showed off their latest installment of the Mortal Kombat franchise: Mortal Kombat X. Classic characters such as Scorpion and Subzero are confirmed to return to kick ass. Others, are being revealed in due time.
The latest fighter to return is one of the least popular characters, Kano. This time around though, he’s been given a much needed cybernetic upgrade that will no doubt make him a deadly worthy contender. Rocking his signature terminator eye, he’s now been accessorized with what looks like a traffic signal to depict one of three fighting variations to enhance his fighting tactics. I was never much of a Kano fan, and probably will never play as him in Mortal Kombat X…but I’m digging the new look. Check him out!
