Roller Coaster game fans rejoice!! Software developer Frontier unveiled their new roller coaster torture game called Screamride, exclusively for the Xbox One. Frontier is no stranger to theme park games, as they developed the underrated Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. Scream Ride, is no Roller Coaster Tycoon though. This physics based coaster game not only encourages creativity, but totally welcomes destruction too (something I’m sure everyone enjoyed in Roller Coaster Tycoon but got penalized for). Screamride is scheduled to be released sometime around Spring 2015. Check out the trailer!
For the Roller Coaster Tycoon fans throwing a fit wanting a new installment to their much beloved franchise, you’ll be glad to know that developer Pipeworks is working on Roller Coaster Tycoon World due to be released on PC sometime in 2015. They promise to be faithful to the classic RCT simulation formula, while adding some new exciting features that were not previously possible before due to limited technology. Oh, did I mention it will allow you and 3 other players to cooperatively manage massive mega-parks? Oh baby! 2015 can’t come soon enough!
